Please allow up to 3 working days (excluding weekend days) for us to prepare your order and a further 3 working days for delivery. Deliveries made by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked or Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Signed For (excludes Sundays & bank holidays). 

Express Next Working Day Delivery £5.50

Parcels dispatch on Monday - Thursday. Express Delivery orders are prioritised. Orders placed before 12.45pm on these days will be dispatched same day on a Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked (excluding weekend days) delivery service which takes 1-2 working days for delivery. Please note: no dispatch for all parcels on Fridays.

Deliveries are made on Saturdays by Royal Mail but are not guaranteed. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or bank holidays.

  • All parcels will require a signature upon delivery

  • We are unable to send to PO BOX addresses

  • Orders are sent with a gift receipt as standard. There will be no pricing information enclosed in your order.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Destinations (including Ireland)

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to pack and prepare your order for dispatch. Most international orders are delivered within 5-15 working days.

Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline only. In some cases, your parcel may arrive sooner or later depending on how quickly the parcel is processed through transit and customs in the destination country.

International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope your purchase is perfect but if not, please follow the returns procedure below.

  • If you wish to return a garment, please do so within 14 days from date of arrival to yourself.

  • The garment label must still be attached to the unworn garment and folded inside its original packaging.

  • When we receive your return, your refund will be processed promptly within 3 - 5 working days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed by us.

  • If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, it will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund. This includes strong smells of washing detergent and any marks. 

  • Please enclose your original returns note so that we can identify the item and yourself as the purchaser when we receive your return. 

  • Return postage is currently the responsibility of the purchaser. Please retain your proof of posting until your refund has been processed just in case the postal service mislays your parcel.

  • Original postage costs will not be refunded.
